Anyone age 12 and older (considered children from ages 12 to 16) must have a minimum height of 120cm and a maximum weight of 150kg.
Guest must be in good health and free from, but not limited to heart condition, back problems, neck problems, broken bones, recent surgery and high blood pressure.
Pregnant women are also not allowed to experience Lounge In The Sky

Arrival Time: Arrive at least 60 minutes before your session. Late arrivals result in no refund, and management may deny boarding or exclude elements of the experience.
Identification: Bring your ID card or passport for verification.
Reservations Policy: Reservations are non-transferable. Changes to diner names, information, or menu selections are not allowed.
