Booking Confirmation: Make sure to check your inbox (and Junk Folder) for your booking confirmation email. And to select your Menu Preferences through our check-in page from your inbox.
Arrival Time: Arrive at least 60 minutes before your session. Late arrivals result in no refund, and management may deny boarding or exclude elements of the experience.
Identification: Bring your ID card or passport for verification.
Reservations Policy: Reservations are non-transferable. Changes to diner names, information, or menu selections are not allowed.
